    Hi,everyone,

Before I forget, I have to put this down here

Role of adjuvant therapy in patient with respectable Hilar CCA which is proposed by a onc.radiologist from MD Anderson,Dr. C Crane. It is interesting, and have some interesting negative feed back from medical oncologists .

“Role of adjuvant therapy in patient with respectable HCA”

    1. Chemoradiation should be offered in patients with R + or N + patient.
    2. Adjuvant chemotherapy should be considered in N + patient.
    3. Chemoradiation should be considered in patient with R 0 N 0 patient.
    4. Chemotherapy followed by restaging and chemoradiation is the preferred sequence of therapy.
    5. For intact localized Unrespectable primary tumors, consideration should be given to the use of neoadjuvant chemoradiation followed by liver transplant.

Only number 5 ,according to Dr. Crane, received A1 recommendation
    # 1 rec= B1
    #2 rec= C2
    #3= rec C2
    #4 rec= B 2 or C2,? (cannot hear well)

    God bless.
