Lainy: I think we need to see a picture of Teddy so we can all vote on his ‘cuteness’! Hang in there lady, I know you will and prayers are still coming Teddy’s way from Wisconsin.

    Hugs,
    Margaret and Tom

    Hi Lainey,

I trust that nature will continue to grant both you & Teddy peace. I hope that you will gain strength from all of those thinking of you & sending good wishes. Minute by minute, day by day.

We’ll await news on ‘the juicy bits’, love & hugs Val x

    Hi Lainy,

Words fail me – your posts about Teddy are so tender. All I can say is I’m sending you and Teddy a big hug from Cleveland.

    Hi Lainy,

Thank you very much for the latest update on Teddy and I am glad to hear you say that vitals are normal and that nature also is being pretty peaceful on you. My fingers are crossed that this continues. And thank you also for letting us know how you are doing. We know how hard this is and you know we are always here for you. Thinking of you and T so much.

    Hugs,

    Gavin

Although I’m sure he is, I absolutely love how you declare to the world how “cute” Teddy is :)

    Lainy:

Hugs, girl. You are such an amazing woman. I will bet you a million bucks that your calm, loving and reassuring personality rubs off onto Teddy and is certainly helping him through this time. Take care of yourself as well. I know it’s got to be hard when you feel like the caretaker 24 hours a day, but you’ll need to vent, to decompress when you feel stressed. Lean on us….

Hospice was here yesterday and all vitals are perfectly normal. But, he is sleeping even more. Yesterday he slept until 1:00PM. Had some lunch went back to sleep until a friend came at 2:00PM slept most of her visit and back to bed at 5:15PM. Still sleeping this morning at 8:00AM. Can’t remember if I told you about his body jerks when he is sleeping. They say its probably the Morphine. The newest symptom is talking in his sleep, LOUD. Sounds like he has a lot of meetings going on. In fact he just blurted out loud and clear, “What did you say?”. I am waiting for the “good stuff” to come out. If I was to guess I would say his weight is about 143LBS.
Still hanging here pretty good. Honestly its not so rough yet for me as it is very quiet and I just try to get him to eat something and make sure he takes his pills. That is not to say I don’t listen to every movement or noise but its all ok. OH, and even with the weight loss and all the rest that goes with it, he is still so cute to me!
He is not talking as much on the phone, I think it actually tires him out. Many times now he will say I don’t want to talk except for the kids. He has stopped asking about going out to eat. I find it such a Miracle how nature takes over and we are blessed so far that Nature is being pretty peaceful with us as I know this monster called Cholangio Carcinoma can be very evil.
Stay tuned…I will let you know if he says anything juicy in his sleep!
