I am sorry to hear that Teddy’s journey is at this point. As helpful as you are to all the posters here, I can only imagine what strength you provide to him. I’ll keep you both in my thoughts.

Again, many thanks to you all. Teddy started his Morphine yesterday and he has morphed. He is taking 5mg and it took a bit to kick in. But he had a good night. He hates the taste. He says it tastes like “sour chocolate” (bet no one ever heard that before) and Nurse Dawn says its supposed to taste like blueberries….HMmmmmm. I have set rules: no one stays here overnight and 2 visitors at a time and a call must be made. It’s good to be Queen! Going to take him to get a haircut today, he looks live the caveman from the Insurance Company. Stay strong and good!

I always refer to to Teddy as the Miracle Man, as you do Lainy, when I’m telling others about the two of you. He truly is.

you and teddy were the first ones to welcome my wife and i to the web site that now seems like so very long ago……your kind words and attitude always seemed to bring some sort of comfort to us, and for that we will be forever grateful……although we have never met lucille and i feel like we have been your neighbor all our lives…we will keep you in our thoughts and prayers always, we join with the others and send our prayers to teddy and your family……lucille and ron

So many of us here love you. It is amazing, through your posts I feel like I know you and Teddy so much. I am so sorry that you are at this phase of the cc journey. I am glad that you are able to cherish your time together and love one another. I think about you both so often.

I don’t post often, but I feel like I know you (and so many on this board). We are getting where you are with my Mom. I pray for peace and comfort for you and Teddy. Get the hospital bed – my Mom loves it, and it makes things much easier for us caregivers.
