Off the top of my head Tia, I think there are quite a few postings here on the site about Turmeric and the search forum function at the top of the page will throw them up for those who are interested.

If you are anemic as most individuals experience during treatment or without treatment, do not take turmeric capsules or supplements as they are a blood thinner. Turmeric is popular for cancer treatment and inflammation, but it also does not do well with bile ducts. I will have to find the study or article that mentioned not good for bile duct cancer.
