Welcome to the site. Sorry that you had to find us all but I am glad that you have joined us. And yes, we are all family here. So please, post away and feel free to ask a load of questions and we will help you if we can. There is a wealth of knowledge and experience here and you will also get a load of support and help from everyone.
I am glad that you were able to have a rescection and I will keep my fingers crossed for a positive outcome to your next scan. Please let us know how you get on with this.

Hey, I found this site a few weeks ago and it helps me so much! I was diagnosed in Feb. 2010 and am post-resection. Getting ready for 3 month scans after 4 months of chemo and I do feel like we are all “family”. I love to read all the good news. It gives us all hope and makes us know we are not alone. Blessings! Hello, Ironbark – it’s great to meet you. I totally agree with you about this “family”. It’s been my rock & my lifeline. I can go away & know it’ll be here when I get back. It doesn’t judge & it always supports. I’m glad you’ve become part of it.

Leslie…..this is one ship we sail together; at times rather smoothly whereas other times we have to duck some major waves. But, this crew hangs in there. I am glad that you have joined us.

You are such a great support to me, when I’m feeling down or lost, if there is hope or if it;s been snatched away. You ride the roller coaster with me, and will even be there when it’s time to get off. You guys are always there, and you understand.
I stumbled on this forum when I was feeling alone and afraid, and was searching for as much info on this type of cancer that I could find. It has been better than winning the lottery to my peace of mind.
Thank you to everyone that has said ‘hello’, listened to me whinge, and given me advice since I joined. You give me the strength to cope with my father’s illness that I may have struggled with otherwise.
