bile duct cancer can not really be seen on a PET too well, they found mine when they opened me up to do surgery-otherwise it would have gone un notied- i am not trying to rain on your parade- on the contrary-i want everyone CURED! You r hsubands name at this moment is NED, (No Evidence of Disease) There is a big win right there! The fact the PET didn’t find anything elsewhere means there is no cancer elsewhere! YAY YAY- but it dones’t cover the bile duct. Andkeep getting bili checked every month to monitor for change. I pray he really is cured. I know prayer is a strong medicine. Sending one your way.

for the liver tumor, havs your oncologist sugessted sirspheres or theraspheres radiation? It has already shrunk my tumor AND killed off a great part of it! My tumor spills out on to the liver form my bile duct- i hope that the radiation will spread into the bile duct! Ask the oncologist or go to http://www.y90support.org

i think the cancer makes us tired which of course effects personality- i was always so bubbly- in fact, that was my nick name- bubbles- so when i started to slow down- i assumed it was my age. I choose to enjoy each day as it it was my last- i appreciate all- even a pretty bird, but i do have my poor little me days- then i kick myself in the $%@ and smile- you are ALL winners- just by being here- pat your selves on the back
