The Fentanyl patch was very helpful to my mother-in-law. At first she thought it was no good b/c she was using it on her upper arm and due to weight loss had little fat. When we found out it worked best on fatty tissue we put it on her backside and it helped a great deal. She joked that she would never lose fat there!
