Thank you Linda. I missed this webinar so your information is very helpful.
All the best,
JennyjgoMemberThank you Linda.
Best-JennyjgoMemberHi Marion,
I attended the webinar the other day only to learn that I made the wrong choice for insurance. So now I will be spending money needlessly for the rest of the year until open enrollment begins again.
I am hoping Linda will give further and a better detailed description of the webinar since I really don’t have the writing skills to convey the message properly.
The only thing I have to tell everyone is-do your homework and it will take time. Call the insurance companies direct and ask questions about cancer care and medications. You really do not want to do co-insurance but co-pay instead. It’s a direct cost not a shared one.
Lots of info and another webinar at the end of May. Will probably sit in on that one too.
Best,
JennyjgoMemberHey Marion, I know all too well about the ever changing healthcare field so I decided to go ahead and sign up for that webinar also.
So Linda I will be sitting in on this too and hopefully learn a lot more things that I need to know about healthcare.

JennyjgoMemberOh how I wish I had something like this a month ago when I was trying to decide on a market place plan or continue with COBRA. Thanks for the information Marion.
Best,
JennyjgoMemberEli is the reason I finally registered. I haven’t seen any of his posts in a long time and was concerned. I’m glad we were all thinking the same thing.
Hope all is well with you and your wife.
Best to you,

Has anyone received accelerated approval for extrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma?
I am extrahepatic and received SSDI right away. I applied in Jan. 2014 and heard back from them in Feb saying they approved and my first check was deposited by the end of Mar. A few questions over the phone and I did not have to see their Doc in order to qualify. That was it.
