I am so sorry to hear of your mom’s passing, it has been a little over a month since this horrible cancer took away our beloved daughter (age 26).
Our comfort is knowing that her pain has ended and she in now in a much better place and she will always be with us. God Bless you and your family.

Aimee, may God bless you and your family. Our daughter, who will be 26 in Sept. was also just recently diagnosed. It is a very confusing time, and if you feel you aren’t getting answers please go for 2nd or even a 3rd opinion. We have gone for a 2nd opinion and are considering possibly a 3rd, because like you, we feel some of our questions are going unanswered. Our daughter has had her first chemo treatment last week and is scheduled for another one tomorrow. I have found a lot of infomration on this website and the people are wonderful.

Thank you all for your kinds words and support. We are going to Boston this Wednesday, and if they are in agreement, she will start chem the following week, (21 day cycle – cisplatin and gemzar) Any advice on what to expect from the chemo. It is a welcome relief that there are people out there who understand and know what we are going through. God bless all of you and we will be praying for all of you.
