patrb1961SpectatorHi Marion,
The reason I was enquiring about clinical trials is to see if there any new treatments in the pipe line that may reduce the risk of the cancer returning.
I have been advised that even though I have a transplant there is always the risk of me getting cancer again. This is just one medics view on this subject.
In the last two weeks I have learned that one of the patients who was in hospital with me died after cancer returning. He also had a successful liver transpalnt last year.

Patrick

Thanks to the team at St Vincents hospital Dublin I am doing well.Hopefully
