    Just got home to get on the computer, but Kris and Hans have been on my mind all day as I travelled home.

    So sorry to hear that the surgeons were not able to do anything. You are both in my thoughts and prayers as Kris recovers from surgery and from this disappointment.

    So sorry to hear that the surgery did not go as planned. We’re all rooting for Kris. I know that with her determination she will not give up her fight! Just like the rest of us dealing with CC, she will pick up and continue as we all have done when faced with a setback!

    Prayers for a speedy recovery coming her way from Wisconsin.

    Go with God and KEEP KICKIN’ THAT cancer.

    Oh Hans,

    I am so sorry things did not go as we all hoped. I will continue to hold all of you close in my heart and in my prayers. I will pray for comfort for you all and a speedy recovery for Kris.

    Hans and Kris, I am so sorry about this disappointing news. Hans will be very busy delivering all of our hugs to you, Kris. I have said it before, and others have, too, I admire you so very much. And dear Hans, you must be an extraodinary man to be loved by such an amazing woman.

    I received a large bouquet of multi-colored tulips today in remembrance of my mom’s birthday…they reminded me not only of my beloved mom, but also of you, Kris, and your gardens. May you find peace in your gardens, comfort in the arms of your loved ones, and joy in your friends, near and far.

    Everything Kris has taught us, we will now return to her. Her infectious optimism coupled with realism, her humor, her wisdom, her courage, her never-ending caring, and her wonderful comments such as; “we don’t have an expiration stamp on our butts” and many, many, more. Kris, you are our hero.
