Marc and I have a Fitness Connection right across the street from our townhome complex and it is only $9.95 a month. We are talking walking distance. However, since Marc still does tire very easily, I just wonder if it would be worth it. Of course, they do say exercise gives you more energy. But with Marc having CC, would that rule still apply? I still think we need to try though! Just need to get off our @$$ and go!
jeffgriederMemberMy thoughts and prayers are with you.
jeffgriederMemberI agree, I could not imagine allowing Marc to leave this world without being by his side. I know that is what he wants and I am sure your Dad would love that as well.
jeffgriederMemberHello Caregiver
jeffgriederMemberWOW
jeffgriederMemberThat is a good question. I will ask Dr. Tham about it next week when we go back in.
jeffgriederMemberI wish I could get into these webinars. But I always have some appointment that does not allow me to attend.
jeffgriederMemberI think about it all the time Kathyb. Even though I still can’t believe it is happening. And I even thought I would have to be the one to write it for Marc, I never thought about him writing it for himself. I guess I need to discuss it with him. But I am sure he would agree that having “bile duct cancer” in the obit is a great idea. He believes, as we all do, that we need to find more ways to get the knowledge of CC out there.
jeffgriederMemberThat is great news!
jeffgriederMemberOur thoughts and prayers are with you, your Mom and you family Scraggles!
jeffgriederMemberYes
jeffgriederMemberMarc is still in the hospital and they will not release him until his white blood cell count is back to normal. It is slowly coming down. I went to the Dr yesterday and found out I have a sinus infection and high blood pressure 153/113. So now I am on antibiotics and blood pressure medication. I am sure the high blood pressure is the stress!
jeffgriederMemberLOL
jeffgriederMemberOn Monday they put Marc on two pill antibiotics
jeffgriederMemberMarc is back in the hospital. We went in yesterday afternoon to do his blood work to prepare for his chemo for today. His white blood cell count was elevated. So they are trying to find out why and already have him on IV antibiotics.
