SpectatorCinnamon,
I am so happy for you! We just saw Dr. Hemming today and he is a great doctor. Unfortunately at this point my dad isnt a candidate but he said he will be working closely with the oncologists to try and shrink it to the point where he may be able to resect the tumor. But I am so happy for you dad! Good luck to you and your family. You must live in San Diego, if you’d like to exchange info. via email, I live in San Diego also!Nadine

SpectatorThank you to everyone who has replied to my posting. I appreciate all the support that all of you and this site is providing. I just came home from visiting my parents and my dad is still in good spirits. He has been doing research and has found some great information at USC in LA. Seems like they have a surgeon or cancer center that specializes in cholangiocarcinoma. But, we will be seeing the surgeon here at UCSD and see what he has to say tomorrow. I am not sure where exactly the tumor is. I will ask the surgeon tomorrow and hopefully get the MRI report to get a better insight. I will definitely be posting tomorrow after the doctors visit. Praying for the best. Thank you all again!
