    Let me reinforce Marion’s words – as a result of your courage to post we will be even more vigilant in our evaluation in the event my uncle is told he is a surgical canddate by Dr. Canady.

    My family is also evaluating whether to take this route with Dr. Canady.

    One surgeon (a student of Dr. Jenkins at Lahey) said maybe, but Dr. Jenkins said no.

    We do intend to cover all the excellent questions Truth4u asks, if, by chance, we are told surgery is an option.

    We will share our experiences as well.

    Hi, my relative is 3 years post resection but recently has experienced elevated CA19-9 and questionable shadow/soft tissue appearance on scan around the portal vein.

    He does not want to do chemo/radiation and is going back on Vit C IV (which he had done post surgery.

    I have been exploring other alternative approaches – one of which is feverfew which has been shown to promote apoptosis on cc cells.

    Does anyone have any experience with this?
