Dear Anna.
Thank you for sharing this with us and I am very sorry to hear of the passing of your father. Please accept my sincere condolences. I am happy to hear that you all enjoyed the Fathers Day and last Christmas and also that he was able to see the new grandchild. Please know that my thoughts are with you and your family right now.

gavinModeratorHi Joe,
Sorry to hear this news about your mum. I just want to say that I so agree with Darla here about another opinion for your mum if possible to see what other treatments may be an option here and also about pain management. Pain can be and should be managed and that is very very important here. Please let us know how things go and good luck with everything.
My best to you and your mum,
Gavin
gavinModeratorHi Fay,
Marion would know much more about this and no doubt she will be along soon to let you know what is upcoming etc in the USA. I know that ASCO will be at around the end of May or start of June as usual in Chicago and I know that we always have a large booth there in the advocates hall. Think there may be a GI conference in SF as well but not sure if that has happened or not for 17.
Maybe you will get to meet everyone there or elsewhere too!
Hugs,
Gavin

gavinModeratorQuit a lot of posts on the forum on cyberknife Charles and the search forum function at the top of the page will throw them up for you in addition to what Lainy has said to you. Actually, most of them were probably by Lainy!!
My best to you,
Gavin

gavinModeratorHi Ben,
Sorry to hear this news about your mum and the nausea, not so good. I found a few sites that hopefully will be of use to you on this issue. Plus we have the nutrition board here on the site that should be of help as well. Here are the links –
http://chemocare.com/chemotherapy/side-effects/nausea-vomiting-chemotherapy.aspx

The top 2 links are from the UK and contain loads of great info from highly respetced organisations here in the UK Ben. Hope some of that is of help and please let us know how things go for your mum.
My best to you both,
