ModeratorWell said Marion! Experience regarding anything and everything to do with CC is crucial for all concerned and the more experienced the team treating a patient then the better I would argue. It’s hard enough as you say diagnosing this cancer but when we have other diseases etc mimicing CC then they can all go do one as we say over here!
Talking of mimicing etc, here’s another thing I came across last night but never posted. But seeing as you brought up the topic of mimicing and difficulties then here is something else –
Schwannoma of the biliary tract resembling cholangiocarcinoma: A case report and review.

No idea what Schwannoma’s are either, but again I’m guessing they can go do one too!
