tiff1496MemberAnother vote for Dr. Javle at MD Anderson.
I could post stuff all day about why I love him. He sent me an email after my surgery and said he can’t wait to see pictures of my grandkids.
He works with doctors at MDA and at other hospitals in Houston. He sent me to Methodist for my surgery, because he knew it was what I needed.tiff1496MemberA lot of people say CTCA isnt the best…..
Too much “fluffy” stuff. I called them once, and got some info. Called them back and told them no. They would call me a few times a day to follow up. Some people say they are very for profit.
Mayo, like Kris said has an excellent rep!!July 26, 2013 at 10:18 am in reply to: Does anyone dare answer this question. Honestly? Sensitive Question. #73951tiff1496MemberYes!!
A person can be stage 4 without mets outside of the liver. I was
Stage 4 because of the number and placement of my liver tumors. No way i would of got surgery if it had spread outside the liver.
Dr. Javle said 5 years of clean scans, and he will call me cancer free. Until then,
It’s remission.tiff1496MemberGreat news!!! There is HOPE!
