Charles E. Phillips

August 14, 1957 – May 8, 2016

Charles was diagnosed in 2012 with a rare mixed tumor -Cholangiocarcinoma and Hepatocellular carcinoma. After surgery, he was in remission for 3 years.

The aggressive cancer returned and Charles lost his battle in May 2016.

Charles was a loving husband and father to 3 adult daughters and a stepson. He was a grandfather and recently a great grandfather. He dedicated his life working in social services and for the past several years working with the homeless population.
