November 3, 1941  – July 24, 2018

• On July 24, 2018, a cherished husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, brother, and friend, lost a courageous five month battle with cholangiocarcinoma (bile duct cancer). David was a loving husband of 47 years to wife Noralee “Tilda” Smith and a wonderful father to children; Johanna, Dalvin, Ralston, Mayone, and Theo.
• In lieu of flowers, the family is asking for donations to be made to the Cholangiocarcinoma Foundation. Your donation will help accelerate research for earlier and accurate detection and increase survival rates for patients with this devastating disease.
