Dawn has over 10 years experience in marketing with top agencies. As Senior Account Director for Crossbow Group, she directs marketing strategy, tactics and execution to build customer relationships and deliver measurable results. She holds a B.S. in Advertising from the SI Newhouse School of Communications at Syracuse University and an M.B.A. from The University of Connecticut. Her mother was diagnosed with cholangiocarcinoma in June 2008.
