SpectatorCathy, I had radiation in December and started getting hives about a month after. The hives are chronic and we are trying to figure out what is causing them. I have read some articles on delayed reactions to radiation.

SpectatorJason, I am a 48 year old mother of two boys and wife to David. I was diagnosed with ICC in 2010. I have had two liver resections, many different chemos and steriotactic radiation. I know others have mentioned Tiffany and she has ICC and is awaiting a liver transplant, she works with Dr. Javle at MD Anderson. I have read several stories on this site where tumors have shrunk and surgery became available. If you would like to talk to someone please feel free to call me at 330-903-6868.

SpectatorI am back on prednisone today. Last night my eye swelled shut and my lips and cheeks look an ad for Botox gone bad. Thank you all for your thoughts.

SpectatorI saw a new doctor today and he did four punch biopsies of my hives. The stitches stay in till next week and the results should be back then as well. The biopsy results should help determine the type of autoimmune disease.
Hopefully getting closer to a diagnosis and proper meds.
