15th Anniversary Auction
Dear Friends,
This year, we are celebrating the 15th Anniversary of the Foundation. Our volunteer committee has pledged to raise $150,000 to help fund critical research into this deadly disease. We are holding our first online auction September 18-October 2, 2021.
We would like to invite you to participate and would welcome the donation of items to be included in the auction. The online auction will have both live and silent components. We are anticipating a high level of participation.
All items must be shipped to the foundation at:

Your gift and/or your company will be acknowledged through the auction site, Eblasts to our community, and on social media.
We are requesting your commitment by July 1, 2021 and would like to have items delivered to us by August 1, 2021. Please complete the enclosed form or use our online form.
