    Hi Srengle-
Just a quick pop in-If burbs are causing annoyance try proton pump inhibitor- I am in UK Omeprazole not sure if it is the same name in US. If nausea/ appetite or energy a problem ask for steroids- dexamethasone. These drugs were our life line.

    Dear Maria,
I am sorry for your loss of your mother. You gave your mother such a gift by staying with her in those precious hours. I read that if you write to your loved one with your dominant hand they will answer your letter if you switch hands. I use the technique with David and he writes back to me using my left hand. When you are ready ask your mum did she find peace.
All my very best & thank-you for sharing.

It’s been a tough week over this side of the world too. Someone told me not to expect the holidays to be kind to me.

    Mary-
You will get the strength you need. I stayed close to David on those final days and shared all the memories that I could only share with him. I re-lived our holidays, our wedding day and lots more.
    Stay calm and stay close.
    All my very best.

I am so very sorry Adam for your loss. I got comfort from the book written by C S Lewis, A Grief Observed.

You have been and continue to be in my thoughts.

Great news- sounds like she has her mind doing the hard work while she sleeps! Tell her to get lots more sleep.

Thanks Jenny- the 26th was our wedding anniversary.
Thank-you for posting, isn’t it funny you are so far away and yet we are walking the same journey.

I am so sad for you Paulene although I am in the place.
Please don’t think that your love is a memory. You speak in the past tense but I can hear the love as I read your message as a real emotion today- unbroken continunity.
To be honest, I don’t know why but, it has helped me feel the love I still have in my heart from my husband.

I am not a society but you have contributed to my very lonely evening with your warm words about your darling Anthony.
    Be gentle on yourself.

I am so very sorry- it is not the natural order of life. A parent should not bury their child. I heard this poem at a funeral of a young boy and I wanted to shrare it with you. I hope that it can give you some comfort.
