SpectatorRain,
I think that is what Tiffany is on. Look at her recent post. She details her journey and treatment with CC.

SpectatorMarion,
I am wondering if some of the exclusions have changed. I was originally told by Mayo clinic that they do not do transplants for ICC but look at Tiffany. Do you think more hospitals are looking at this as a treatment for CC?

SpectatorPatty,
My case has been presented at the tumor board meetings several times but I have never been present. I had steriotactic radiation three times. The first time I had it, my first scan results were not great…no change…..my radiologist said the radiation continues to work so we ran another scan in about 6 weeks and the results were excellent. Maybe the radiation isn’t done destroying your tumor yet.

SpectatorMary,
I left a message for Betsy. She is wonderful and if you need a drain, she would be a great source of information for you.

SpectatorCarl,
I had a liver resection in Sept. 2010 followed by six months of chemo and I had the Folfinox. I tolerated it very well, just some nausea and fatigue. After my second resection I had the Gem/Cis and I did not feel as well on this chemo but it was tolerable, nausea, fatigue, heartburn and neuropathy. My body has not responded to chemo as well as others. I have had good results from steriotactic radiation . If you want to chat please feel free to call me at 330-903-6868.

SpectatorI still have hives for those of you who asked! They are horrible, covering about 70% of my body. They are itchy and hurt. The allergist has run many tests and all have come back normal, still waiting on autoimmune panel. Taking more pills than I ever have to try and control the itching and redness.
