If you have emailed Susan through the website then your email go to the email address that Susan used when registering with the Foundation. Then she will be able to email you back as normal email.

I am very sorry to hear of the passing of your dad. Having also lost my dad to this cancer I so know the pain that you feel right now.Please accept my sincere condolences. I am glad though that his passing was peaceful and that his last days were spent at home surrounded by his loving family.
Please know that we are all here for you and my thoughts are with you and your family right now.

Have you tried using the search forum function at the top of the page? That will throw up any discussions on this or any other issue by the members here on the site. I can’t share any personal experiences on this as my dad never had chemo of any type but am hoping for others to share their experiences with you on this.

Welcome to the site. Sorry that you had to find us all and sorry to hear everything that your dad is going through and please, no apologies are ever needed for the length of a post. So you go ahead and write that book if you want to and sometimes writing about things really helps. I know it helped me when I first came here when my dad was diagnosed.
Thanks for sharing everything and I too hope that things will improve dramatically when the infected port comes out. Big grrrr to infected ports! Please let us know how things go and know as well that we are all here for you. Looking forward to hearing much more from you.
