Danna, I am so happy you got to switch to Dr. Javle. Praying you have continued good reports. What are the good cells vs the bad cells?

    Marion,
I pull some of the the outer leaves off, peel the stem a bit and cut the thorny tops off. Then, I mix bread crumbs, fresh chopped parsley, and grated Parmesan cheese and stuff it into the artichoke leaves. I place them in a pan with about two inches of water and drizzle them with olive oil, put the lid on the pan and steam till tender. Lastly, I make a vinegarette to dip the leaves in.
My Dad was Sicilian and my Mom’s family was from Northern Italy.

    Carl,
I green juice daily and we eat a mostly organic diet. We rarely eat meat or dairy so we eat tons of greens, veggies, fruits, beans and nuts. We started a 30 day detox and elimination diet about ten days ago to see if we can figure out why I have had chronic hives for over twenty weeks. The diet has been rough because it is so limited at this time but we do feel really good.

    Julie,
I’m not aware of a test for liver flukes. I would love to know what caused my ICC.

    Porter,
I was really anxious prior to chemo so I took an Ativan before I left the house. My energy level was low the day of chemo and a day or two after. I found having a piece of hard candy in my mouth helped with nausea. Drink lots of water. If you want to talk please feel free to call me.

    Denise,
I drink a green juice everyday and I feel really good after it(kale, dandelion greens, spinach, cucumber, celery, apple and a squeeze of lemon) I try to avoid processed food as much as possible, the fresher the better.
