My surgeon, that I love, is from UPMC. His name is Dr. John Fung, did you ever get to work with him ? He trained with Dr. Starzl.

My care is at the Cleveland Clinic, my surgeon is Dr. John Fung, my oncologist is Dr. Bassam Estfan and he is working with Dr. Javle at MD Anderson on my treatment plan and my Radiologist is Dr. Stephens. They are all wonderful, caring people like you.
Lisa CraineWhen I had a liver resection this past summer, they cut the tumors out, used a nano knife and radiation and I have had no spread in that lobe.

LisaFabulous news Diane, I have a hernia so I will be interested in hearing the comments about the mesh..I would love to have mine fixed but starting chemo on Tuesday instead. Congrats !

The resection is a good thing, I have had two and recovered wonderfully. You will be on the road to feeling good in no time. If you want to talk feel free to call me at 330-903-6868.
LisaJose, I take Ativan at night and it really helps. At one point I thought I was having an anxiety attack and was having trouble breathing and it turned out to be fluid and a collapsed lung. I would make sure the doctor is familiar with CC and if not find a new one. No one should have to suffer like this.
