How very sorry I am to hear of your Dad’s passing. You seem a very kind, loving and responsible daughter. A dad could not have asked for more. Prayers for you and your family.

SpectatorHey Jeff,
Sorry you didn’t get an “A” on that report card, but I am sure playing “hooky” for a while will help both the body and the mind. Take good care and prayers are coming your way.

My heart goes out to John and you. How very upsetting to have the doctor tell you there are not more alternatives. My prayers to you both.

SpectatorDear Houstonian76,
My sympathies on the passing of your beloved father. I am sure he really appreciated the extra time you took to be with him and take care of him. He was blessed to have a loving family. Prayers for you and your family during your grieving.

SpectatorDear JohnMary,
Unfortunately I have no answers for all your good questions. I just wanted to express my sincere sympathies to you. You certainly have alot to adjust to in such a short time. There is a saying that the good die young. Maybe if you hold this thought in your heart the hurt will be ever so slightly less. Prayers for you and your family.

SpectatorDear Hollie,
So sorry your Aunt could not have the resection…but do not give up hope and research. My husband was offered nothing but pallitive treatment and we kept trying different avenues. As well as the CC he too had been dx with Cirrhosis and also has Hepititis. He has been getting Cyberknife therapy with some success and we keep searching for other therapies. I know the unbearable pain you are feeling. I pray for Sophie, your and your family.
Karenkaren
SpectatorDear John & Alice,
Just to let you know I’m rooting for you both with this battle. Stay strong and focused. Prayers……

Spectatore don,
My husband has been treated with Cyberknife. To us it was the only treatment available…we could not find a doctor willing to do a liver resection and my husband was greatly opposed to chemo as pallitive treatment. The tumors that were treated in January are essentially “dead”. Unfortunately a new small tumor has appeared in the liver and there is also mets to his spine. Both these areas will be Cyberknifed next week and we are praying for the best.
