Susan Irene Zivanovic

Susan Irene Zivanovic (nee MacLean) passed on to eternal rest on August 12, 2021 at the age of 52 after a heroic battle with cancer in The Woodlands, TX. Born in Fergus, Ontario, Canada Susi called both Canada and Texas home and was proud to do so. Like the saying goes “Our parents saved the best for last” Susi was the youngest of four children to Jim and Ida MacLean (Kerr). Susi was the Best of us, she had it ALL, beauty, intelligence, dynamic personality, and the most infectious smile that would brighten even the darkest of days. She was incredibly strong and tenacious in everything she did in life. Including competing for the University of Kansas under a full scholarship as well as running the Boston Marathon in later years and rising to the top in her industry as Beverage Director at Perry’s Restaurant and over the top loving and caring for her family and numerous life long friends. This showed through in the hardest and longest marathon of her life, her battle with cancer, she fought with all her strength and with such a positive attitude right up to the end. Her sparkling smile and beautiful spirit will live on in our memory forever.
